Skagit River Salish Sea Slow Food Event at ADRIFT
Terra Madre Delegates Presentation: Adventures in Italy
Sunday April 26th at 4 pm
The local delegates to last year’s Terra Madre, the international meeting of Slow Foodies, had a great experience, and they want to share it with all of us. Rhonda Gothberg, Sarah Phillips, and Theresa Vaughn will provide pictures and observations, and we can all join the discussion. Adrift is preparing an array of small food plates for sale, inspired by their adventures in Italy, as well as select Italian wines for sale by the glass or bottle. If you find a favorite wine, it will be available for purchase to take home as well. A portion of the proceeds benefit the Skagit River Salish Sea Slow Food Convivium. Admission is free, so come for a snack, a meal, a glass of wine, and enjoy the presentation, discussion, and camaraderie. Buono Gusto!
