Our Philosophy

We would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to the philosophy that supports this restaurant: Anacortes consists of a community of artists who are motivated by the remarkable natural surroundings, and who support themselves through the creation and distribution of their work.

Not unlike the Anacortes' artists, ADRIFT's manner of artistic expression is to transform the bounty from the Skagit Valley farmlands and the surrounding waters of the Straits of Juan de Fuca into superior cuisine, and to present it in an atmosphere that will nurture both body and spirit.

ADRIFT is a reflection of everything that is important to our community: wonderful food, fine drink, outstanding art, virtuoso music, and the camaraderie of friends. Enjoy your introduction to ADRIFT, and to the Anacortes arts community.
